3.4 Payment 3.4.1 You should pay through the existing methods such as but not limited to WeChat payment methods specified by Port2 or Port2 specified methods in the future. After the recharge is completed, no transfer or refund is required. 3.4.2 You may not open this service for yourself or others in any of the following ways: (1) Open this service for yourself or others for non-individual purposes such as profit-making and operation; (2) Activate this service for yourself or others through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen refreshing software and other programs and software methods; (3) Open this service for yourself or others through any improper means or in violation of the principle of good faith; (4) Activate this service for yourself or others through a method not specified by Port2; (5) Open this service for yourself or others by infringing on the legal rights of Port2 or others; (6) Activate this service for yourself or others through other methods that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, and national policies.

10.3 Applicable law The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the conflict of laws).
